Bilge turns complex organisations, technologies and business relationships into clear, connected systems. She graduated in Industrial Engineering from Uludağ University, studied Information Technology in Denmark and later completed the London School of Economics’ MBA Essentials programme. Her 17-year career at Bosch Türkiye and Bosch Germany spans business excellence, lean management, automation, data ecosystems and international transformation programmes.

For DERNEK projects, she builds the structure between vision and execution. Business and revenue models, operating systems, transformation roadmaps, technology, data and strategic partnerships come together in her work to make new ideas scalable and existing businesses more resilient.
